Isochronic Brainwave Entrainment
We are very excited to present the first brainZapr MP3 Album ready for digital download!
Progressive Set Of Meditations
These meditations are presented as four MP3 files, ready for digital download to your PC, MAC, iPhone, MP3 enabled phone or MP3 player. They can also be burned to a CD for stereo playback. These are the files that you can download:
Natural Healing Meditation – Part 1 (10m).mp3
Natural Healing Meditation – Part 2 (15m).mp3
Natural Healing Meditation – Part 3 (20m).mp3
Natural Healing Meditation – Part 4 (30m).mp3
Notice that the first file is 10 minutes long, and the last one is 30 minutes long. This is one element of what we mean by “Progressive Set of Meditations”. Part 1 will serve as a gentle introduction to meditation, gently bringing you into a light meditation, and then taking you back to a normal alert state. Part 4 should be used when you have started to master meditation, allowing you to feel the full benefit of a deep healing session.
However, there is an additional element when we talk about Progressive Meditation, which is explained below.
Healing Power of Nature
We mix in pure natural sounds from nature, such as gentle rain fall, the sound of the waves gently crashing on the shore, the sound of rivers, streams and running water, and the sounds of early morning birdsong. We feel that this gives a more powerful meditation experience when compared with other products that pollute the meditation with an overload of random noises and synthesisers.
It also serves as a focus for your meditation, as you are a child of Nature, and it is from Nature that you can find the power to heal your self.
Powerful Isochronic Pulses
Once you begin the meditation, you will start to hear the Isochronic Pulses in the background. This is where the meditation gets its real power. Isochronic Pulses (and a similar technology called Binaural Beats, which we present in other downloads) can entrain the brain into a particular brain state. In this case, the Isochronic Pulses will entrain you in progressively deeper Theta and Delta brainwaves, allowing you to experience first light, and then deep meditation as you progress through the MP3s.
The frequencies that have been programmed into the MP3s have been specifically designed to allow you to ‘get into’ the meditation from a normal alert state, and to take you down to a series of plateaus to allow you to stabilise at progressively deeper meditation frequencies. In addition, they all end the meditation by taking your mind back up into an alert state, before gently fading out.
Because these MP3s use Isochronic Pulses, no headphones are required. This also means that they can be used with a partner or within group meditation.
How to use these Meditations
- Start with the 10 minute MP3 (Part 1).
- If possible, open a window to allow fresh air to circulate.
- Sit in a comfortable position, on the edge of a straight-backed chair, or cross-legged on the floor, using cushions if necessary.
- Imagine a string attached to the top of your head gently pulling up, straightening your neck and back.
- Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
- Play the MP3 at a level, which is not too loud. This is especially true if you are using headphones.
- Focus on your breathing, breathing fresh air in to the count of four, hold for two, breath out to the count of four, and hold for two. So called 4-2-4 breathing. Breathe into the lower belly, using abdominal breathing.
- Relax.
- Listen to the tones and the sounds of Nature.
- If a thought comes into your head, gently observe it and then let it fade. You will be able to remember any flashes of inspiration at the end of the meditation. Refocus on your breathing.
- Make it a habit. Use the MP3 at the same time everyday, and when you feel you are ready, move on to the next MP3. We recommend a minimum of one week listening to Part 1, two weeks listening to Part2, and a further month listening to Part 3 and then Part 4. Take longer if you feel this is necessary, especially when moving onto Part 4.
This Digital Album is encoded at a top quality bitrate of 256kbps, so you can be sure that your experience will be as realistic as possible.
