Listen and Learn! This is a more complicated program than the accelerated learning, and is longest program that we currently supply. This program moves from normal beta state to alternate between two low alpha states, first at 9Hz, then to 7Hz for intense learning. Some small spikes to low beta, at 15Hz, are introduced every few minutes to keep the mind active. Then the program will gently returns the mind to a normal beta state. Listen to a sample here:
