This is a 30 minute program for Accelerated Learning, which utilises simple binaural beats mixed with soft pink noise. It starts at an everyday beta state, at 15Hz, and shifts down to a high alpha state at 12Hz after the first two minutes. It will stay at this frequency for the majority of the program, where the mind will settle into an alert but receptive learning state, allowing you to take in information and retain it. Towards the end of the program, it will zap the mind to a highly alert beta state at 22Hz, before fading out to a rather intense 24Hz, to wake the mind back up to process and utilise the new information.
