Written by Ed Liversidge

Binaural Beats are sounds that are synthesised, inside the brain, when signals at different frequencies are played, one into each ear. The effect of these sounds is called Brainwave Entrainment, whereby the users' thought patterns will start to synchronise to the frequency of the binaural beat, allowing the user to enter different mind states, such as focussed, relaxed or highly creative.
