We are proud to announce the release of our first MP3 Album ready for digital download. It utilises Isochronic Pulses rather than the usual Binaural Beats.

Isochronic Pulses mean that headphones are not required, which makes for a more comfortable meditation, and, according to some reseach, a more intense entrainment experience.

All feedback on the download is welcome. If you would rather have Binaural Beats instead of Isochronic then let me know. Also, if there is any demand for a physical CD I will see what I can do.

I hope that you can get the benifit from these MP3s just as we have here (We use it everyday...)

In terms of isochronics and the use of them without headphones, do ambient "distractions" then make these less effective? I suppose one might be listening to them from speakers while engaged in other affairs of the day unlike periods of meditation.
