User feedback seems to be that the 15 minute gentle focus is good, but could be longer. I think I will create a 45 minute gentle focus soon...

Also, I am starting to think that the intense focus is too intense!

If anyone would like to try the intense focus, and then post a review, reply to this forum and I will give you a free download token.
