There is no hanging around with this program. Quickly moves the mind from a mid alpha state at 10Hz, to a highly focussed beta state at 22Hz. This high level is maintained throught the program, with dips every 5 minutes to an alert beta state, at 14Hz, to give the mind a bit of a break from the intense focus.
The program finishes off with a quick blast up to 24Hz during fadeout, to maintain a very focussed and alert state.

I consistently experience excellent levels of concentration when using the BrainZapr 'intense focus 30min' audio. I get a lot less distracting
thoughts. I also expereince the peace and stillness that comes when focusing on one thing and everything else seems to vanish. There is no doubt that
